Oregon Title IX Coordinators

U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) Resources

  • On April 24, 2015, a Dear Colleague Letter PDF(394K) from Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Catherine Lhamon was released to help campus leadership understand their obligation to designate a Title IX coordinator and provide helpful information related to designating and supporting that role.
  • In addition, a letter to Title IX coordinators PDF (293K) accompanied the DCL that thanks coordinators for their essential work in ensuring that students have equal educational opportunity and to introduce the accompanying
  • Title IX Resource Guide PDF (475K) which provides an overview of responsibilities, requirements, and the application of Title IX to various issues.
